A Real Example

$25,000 and months of development, still not solving the problem.

An international food trading company had already invested heavily in CRM systems, decided to implement custom AI tools for more efficient data access and improved business process. After months of work and costing around $25,000, the results were still disappointing.

The real problem turned out to be much simpler than the solution they'd bought: critical commercial information was buried in thousands of daily emails, and no existing system could properly interact with these scattered data points within several hundreds of daily emails

We focused on that specific problem and built a practical AI-powered solution to meet company's real needs and demands:

  • 5 days — first working prototype
  • + 8 days — full mailbox integration
  • + 7 days — testing and refinement
  • Under 30 days — fully tested and functional solution live and in daily use

The result:

  • 16 hours per week returned to the commercial team (client estimate)
  • Open enquiries or pending demands that could slip away now captured and quickly accessible - huge commercial gain.
  • Any doubts on missed communications are quickly resolved
  • New added value based on live communication data analysis
  • Every answer links to the source email. Any figure can be verified live.
  • 59 automated tests verify answers against the live data before each release.
  • Known limits are documented, not hidden — and it declines rather than inventing an answer.

All these at a fraction of the cost of the previous project.

The difference wasn't more sophisticated AI. It was understanding the problem first.

From AI Promises to AI That Actually Works

AI is easy to promise. Making it actually work is harder.

Your information may be scattered across emails, documents, databases and applications. Your team may spend hours searching for information or repeating tasks that could be done more efficiently.

Off-the-shelf AI tools can help, but they don't always understand your business, your data or the way your people work.

We start with the problem — not the technology.

We understand what you are trying to achieve, identify where AI can create real value, and build the solution around your business.

What We Do

Practical AI. Built Around Your Business.

Knowledge & Information Systems

Your business knowledge is your asset. Make it easier to access and use.

We build AI-powered solutions that connect with your business knowledge, documents, emails, CRM, databases and existing systems — making information easier to access and AI a natural part of the way your business works.

AI email search · Intelligent document search · RAG systems · Knowledge base analysis · AI integration · Workflow automation · Business data connections

“Build AI that people can actually make use of”

Custom AI Solutions

When off-the-shelf AI isn't solving the problem.

We build bespoke AI applications around your specific objectives, data and workflows — combining AI models, knowledge retrieval, databases, APIs and custom interfaces where needed.

Custom AI applications · Research tools · Information processing · Decision support · AI features for existing software

“An AI solution that responds to actual problems makes a real difference”

Improvement & Reliability of Existing Systems

Already built an AI system but no trustworthy results? We can make it work better.

We assess and improve existing AI and RAG systems, addressing problems with data, retrieval, document processing, evaluation and answer quality.

RAG assessment · Retrieval optimisation · Data optimisation · AI evaluation · Performance monitoring

“An AI system is only valuable when people can trust the results.”

Why Summit Actions?

We start with the problem — not the technology.

Businesses don't need more AI for the sake of AI. They need solutions that work.

  • Practical. We work on real business problems with measurable value.
  • Bespoke. Your business is different. Your AI solution should be too.
  • Technology-agnostic. We pick the technology that fits the problem, not the other way round.
  • Reliable. We test and improve until people trust the results.
  • Built to evolve. Solutions grow as your business and data change.
  • Honest about limits. If AI isn't the right answer, we'll tell you — before you've spent anything.

How We Work

Start small. Prove value. Scale.

  1. Understand. Share your business challenge, data, systems and workflows.
  2. Explore. Where AI can realistically create value — and where it can't. We tell you both.
  3. Prototype. A focused build, tested against realistic business scenarios.
  4. Build. Once the prototype proves value, we turn it into a reliable business tool.
  5. Improve. We optimise, expand and adapt the system as your needs evolve.

Start With the Problem

You just need to know what isn't working.

Maybe your team is spending too much time searching for information.
Maybe important knowledge is trapped in documents and emails.
Maybe you've already invested in AI but aren't getting the results you expected.
Tell us what you are trying to improve.

We'll explore the problem with you and determine whether AI can provide a practical solution.

Who We Are

At Summit Actions, we are a team of skilled technology professionals with backgrounds across different industries. We have seen through many failed AI adoptions that don’t deliver practical value.

So, we decided to make this the core focus of our business: delivering outcome-oriented solutions designed for real-world use.

We start by understanding what you are trying to achieve, how your business currently works and where the real opportunity lies. Only then do we identify where AI can genuinely help and build the right solution around it.

We start with the problem, not the technology.

Let’s Talk

You don't need a technical brief. You don't need to know whether it's a RAG system or a workflow tool.
Send us the problem in few sentences.
We'll come back within two business days and tell you whether AI is the right tool for it — and if it isn't, we'll say so.
