Most of our conversations start the same way: someone describes a part of their business that takes too long, depends on one person’s memory, or produces answers nobody fully trusts.

If it isn’t, we’ll tell you that instead — and explain why.

What this costs

Nothing at this stage. The first conversation and the assessment that follows are free. We would rather tell you early that AI isn’t the answer than take on work that won’t deliver.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell licences, seats or subscriptions to a product. We don’t recommend AI because it’s AI. If your problem is better solved by fixing a process, a permission setting or a spreadsheet, we’ll say so.
